Itachi was a fairly tall man with a fair complexion. He had onyx eyes with long, pronounced tears under him. He had pitch black hair pulled back into a low ponytail, and his face was framed by parted bangs that extended to his chin. The ponytail and bangs grew longer over the years. His overall appearance is very similar to that of Sasuke. Even more, like his brother, he was considered very pretty because many girls fell in love with him. When he was living in Konoha, his casual clothes consisted of a black shirt with the Uchiha clan symbol on the back, bandages around the ankles, and black sandals.

About Itachi Uchiha From Narutopedia

Itachi was calm and insightful from an early age and showed a noticeable maturity for his age and his knowledge of how to deal with every situation. Despite his accomplishments, talent, and fame, Itachi was a rather humble man. Never arrogant of his own abilities or underestimated others, most of the things he said would be unbiased and accurate. If an opponent exceeded their expectations or was a legitimate challenge for them or their allies, Itachi would freely admit it. As a seven-year-old, his reasoning was on par with a Hokage.
