One Piece Luffy Costume
Monkey D. Luffy, also known as "Straw Hat Luffy" and more generally as "Straw Hat", is the main protagonist of the manga and anime piece. He is the founder and captain of the increasingly notorious and powerful straw hat pirates and one of the three best fighters.
